El Milagro
Las circunstancias en que mi madre me concibió, permiten hacerlo sólo a una de cada mil mujeres. Y estoy aquí.
Dios me ha dado una familia que me ama y me permite conocerle en todos sus aspectos y así, trabajar en la aceptación de que somos diferentes; me dio una madre que me permite verla crecer y un padre extraordinario a quien extraño en mí, siempre.
Un viento que sopla lo necesario para que las semillas fecunden, y después sus flores y frutos muestren escenarios sublimes que me permitan capturarlos a través de una lente, porque aún me sorprendo con mis fotografías.
La maravilla del tacto, el gusto y el olfato, la embriaguez de la música y el arrastre de las olas, incluso un camino sinuoso que me avisa cuando mis pasos dejan de ser firmes.
Ahora lo encuentro más que antes, quizás porque lo busco con mayor frecuencia.
Me permite aprender, aunque para ello mi alma y casa se hayan inundado y la reunificación de ambas cueste tanto.
Y he visto con nuevos ojos, bebido con boca distinta. Volteó a mí el que sólo puso su semilla y se solidarizó quien de todo nada más pudo comprender el dolor.
Y entonces, cómo ignorar el milagro cuando camino y trabajo, cuando abrazo a mi Ximena y siento que su aliento reactiva el mío, cuando Victoria se pone contenta ante mi llegada, cuando recibo bendiciones, cuando en un clic está presente más allá de un proceso fotográfico y me permite contar con momentos, cuando noto la diferencia de una salud coja y otra que busca la plenitud, cuando puedo asirme de muchas manos, cuando a pesar de todo siempre llega la respuesta.
No pretendo dejar de ser quien soy, de ser paradójicamente celosa y transparente con mi realidad. Vivo en un mundo que aún me gusta.
Dios me da la libertad de amarle como deseo.
Seguiré amando la ciencia como la proveedora de respuestas lógicas, pues ella me asegura librar un fanatismo.
Pero sé que aunque yo poseyere el barro para construir la más perfecta figura humana y comprenda completamente su constitución, no tengo el soplo para que éste se convierta en un ser viviente.
